Profile of Joseph A. Chang, Esq.
A lifelong resident of Passaic County and son of Cuban immigrants, Joseph graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University. From there he went on to Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. Joseph is fluent in Spanish and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. He is currently a court certified mediator, specializing in Foreclosure and Civil Mediation. Joseph concentrates his practice in Transactional Matters, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation and Criminal and Municipal Court matters.

When I was ready to give up and let the bank take back the home I worked so hard to own and keep, Mr. Chang gave me a second chance to stay and keep my home. I didn’t have to do a shortsale like everyone I knew told me was the only option. God bless him.
